Pick up day - 35 degrees so I put it in the camp fridge and do the run to the restaurant ! No probs still perfectly frozen ... Comes to dessert time OMG So creamy amazing looking, dripped in choc sauce! Everyone's putting an order in for ice cream cake next yr ! Thanks for the amazing cake!
